• The Worldwide Elite Music Registry is the main company consisting of all of the music genres.  The main focus of this registry is to create OPPORTUNITIES for everyone worldwide through their love of music no matter the genre.  It was not only established to assist established or up and coming artists, but there will be advantages for companies and the fans as well.  EVERYONE will benefit.

• NOTHING $0 - To register as a member is absolutely free and only takes a minute.  Register for our mailing list and tell us your affiliation with Reggae Music even if you are simply a fan.  Your information is kept private and will not be shared nor sold.

Where can someone register for the Worldwide Reggae Music Registry?

• www.reggaeregistry.com  is our mailing list which in turn will make those who register a member of the organization.  This is where reggae fans and those within the music industry will register and tell us their affiliation(s) within the Reggae Industry even if it is simply that they are just a fan.   This is where the unification of the Reggae Communities Worldwide will START. All registrants should check all lists that apply to them currently or future interests.

• www.reggaeregistry.org  This is the organization’s main site which explains the purpose of the creation of the registry as well as where all business is conducted.  Members can elect other levels of memberships and sponsorships which are optional and provide additional benefits.  There are many services that will be available for those within the industry who decide to become clients of the registry.  Representatives will conduct all business from this site. Important news and updates about of mission and our clients will be displayed on this site and much more.

Why is the genre of Reggae Music chosen to be the first registry launch?

The Reggae Registry is the premier launch genre for numerous reasons.

• Reggae Music as a whole is not being recognized in the mainstream market as it should be.  The Reggae Registry’s main mission is to establish the proper introduction of all genres of Reggae into the mainstream market.

• The Mainstream market and music fans are not familiar with the culture of Reggae Music which is one of the main areas where the problem lies.

• Established Reggae Icons of all fields of the genre are NOT getting the recognition they deserve for their talent nor contribution to the music industry since reggae is barely recognized in the mainstream.

• Established Reggae Celebrities are not receiving the exposure that is necessary to earn the same level of money as other celebrities who are of other music and entertainment genres.  Therefore, many Reggae Celebrities are famous within the Reggae Communities worldwide but are struggling to make ends meet because they lack the revenue from the mainstream and sometimes their ONLY source of income is from bookings rather than record sales, mainstream air play, endorsements, etc.

• Many established and up and coming celebrities of all fields within the Reggae Music Industry are having difficulty gaining and maintaining exposure for their music, art or talent not only in their own countries but also in the entire global reggae market.  There is a serious lack of opportunity of mainstream exposure which is evident.

• Many established Reggae Icons have expressed that their main issue is the lack of exposure due to the cost of promotions to gain the necessary exposure.  This is a huge obstacle which has stunted the growth of the entertainers, producers, personalities etc as well as Reggae music as a whole.

• There is an evident lack of professionalism in the Reggae Music Industry.  Instead of uniting in order uplift Reggae Music, many artists are more concerned with who is the best rather than message and mission behind the music.  WE NEED TO UNITE IMMEDIATELY.  There still is a lot more to lose.

• Unity within the industry is non-existent.  Entertainers who are not Caribbean are copying the styles of our established Caribbean Reggae Icons who are unknown to the mainstream.  These same individuals are being recognized as a creator of a new age style of Reggae in the mainstream for new sub-genres of Reggae music which is recognition they do not deserve.  Investors who are not even a part of any Reggae community and do NOT even have a love for Reggae Music are seeing the financial opportunity and are starting to capitalize on the music styles and sounds of our Reggae Icons. A select few of Non-Caribbean Reggae Artists are bringing Reggae Genres such as Lovers Rock, Culture and Dancehall to the mainstream and are receiving  undeserved credit thanks to their financial backers who are funding their careers because they see the money making potential that Reggae has.  Opportunities like these are non-existent for many in the Reggae Business because of the division and lack of knowledge of professionalism.  These Non-Caribbean Investors who are not of the Reggae Community  know that our current Reggae Communities within the Reggae Music Industry and especially in Jamaica (Reggae’s Heartland) is so divided that they are taking the opportunity by monopolizing on it and succeeding while they are making millions of dollars in the mainstream market while our Reggae Icons receive nothing and continue to be unrecognized.  Unity is VITAL NOW in order to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

Is the Worldwide Reggae Music Registry and the other genre registries only an online organization?

No.  Not at all.  It is not just a website.  We have a website for the Registry and to explain about the organization but this is a full fledged major corporation.  Our registry is simply online in order to unite the Reggae communities globally but we will have our main corporate headquarters in Jamaica (The Heart of Reggae) and the USA. There will be offices that will be opened worldwide to assist our members, clients, representatives and sponsors.

Celebrities who represent themselves or those with management may take advantage of our Management and Consulting Division of the Registry.  We will either act as management for the artists who elect to become clients of the Registry or will assist the management of the celebrities based on the individual needs.  We will also provide consulting services for those who wish to maintain their current management set up and we will advise, guidance and consult with the management company to ensure positive results in regard to the needed exposure and advancement of the celebrity’s career.  Our organization offers flexible rates and works with the celebrities and/or managements’ budget.  We also will offer services on a percentage basis as well.   Our main goal is to work with the celebrities to reach the goals of this organization who The Reggae Registry was designed to assist and advance.

Discovering Stars Worldwide Division (Must Qualify for this Division)

The lack of opportunity is why many people are not successful. We will help people to help themselves. They may have the talent but not the opportunity NOR funding needed to make their dreams a reality which is a motto of our organization.  We can make dreams happen for those who qualify for the Discovering Stars Worldwide Project.  Applicants will audition to become a business partner with the Reggae who will fund their entire careers. This division is only available for those who are from low income or impoverished areas and do NOT have management NOR the funds needed to fund their careers.  This is a business partnership opportunity and those would like to apply must contact a licensed representative for more information and to apply. Applicants need to simply pay their application fee and audition fee then they will be evaluated for the program.  To apply they do not need to have finished products nor demos if they cannot afford them.  They simply need to have talent and we will fund the rest.   If they are not chosen for this program, they will receive a list of areas to improve and they can reapply in the future.  If they are accepted, there are three levels.  If they have an evident talent that needs to be developed, services and lessons will be offered at no charge to develop the talent.  Once they are ready, they will go on the waiting list and during this time, RR will be preparing them for their career launch and working on their production.  Once, all production efforts are completed the new artist will be launched and presented to the entire world.  This entire process will also be filmed for a tv series for maximum exposure in many countries.

Representatives who are licensed will be given the opportunity to share a large percentage of the gross profits of the entire organization.  Vendors have opportunities for more work either contracted directly by the Registry or we refer work to them once a licensed vendor/contractor.  There are many individuals who are out of work and many who would love to help people and have the opportunity to work in the music and entertainment industry.  Now they can get paid to help people and enjoy an exciting and rewarding entrepreneurial opportunity in the music and entertainment industry and really make a different in many people’s lives while being a part of a historical organization and event.
